Step-by-Step Instructions

Device Setup & Requirements

Use a smartphone (iPhone Safari / Android Chrome recommended).
Update your browser to the latest version for the best AR experience.
Make sure you’re in a well-lit room — natural daylight works best.
If prompted, grant permission for your browser to access the camera.

Select Your Curtain First

On the product page, choose your color, size, and hanging style (e.g., Snow White, Wider(16:9), track).
Then tap ‘View in Your Room’ to start the AR preview.
The AR display will reflect your chosen design, so always select your options first.

Start AR & Position the Camera

When AR mode opens, slowly point your phone toward the wall where your window is located.
Make sure the entire window, surrounding wall, and baseboard are visible in the frame.
Hold your phone steady and level to help the tool detect the wall and floor surface. Scanning usually takes 1–3 seconds.
Tap the screen to place the curtain in the right spot.

Reposition

Once placed, your virtual curtain will appear over your real window.
If it’s not aligned properly, move your phone to rescan the area where you want to install the curtains, or exit and restart the AR tool for better positioning.

Adjust Size & Position (Gesture Controls)

Single-finger drag (up, down, left, right):
- Swipe up or right to bring the curtains closer (appear larger).
- Swipe down or left to move the curtains further away (appear smaller).
Pinch-to-zoom (two fingers):
- Spread two fingers apart to enlarge the curtains or pinch them together to reduce their size.
- You can also slightly move both fingers together to fine-tune the curtain’s width and height for a perfect fit.
Pro Tip: Use larger swipes or pinches first to get close to the right size, then make small adjustments for precise alignment.

Signature:
For fabric swatches and booklets, mailbox delivery with no signature required. For all custom-made curtains or blinds, door-to-door service may require your signature for secure delivery.
Shipping Destinations:
We ship United States and Australia to street addresses, including residential and commercial locations. We do not deliver to military addresses or PO boxes.
Carrier Selection:

We determine the carrier based on the destination country, package weight, and other relevant factors. We work with reputable carriers such as USPS, DHL eCommerce, FedEx, DHL Express, AusPost, and UPS to ensure smooth and reliable delivery. We offer direct door-to-door service for your convenience.

Shipping Origin:
- Fabric swatches and booklets are shipped domestically.
- Curtains, blinds, and shades orders are shipped directly from our overseas factory via UPS, DHL, or FedEx.

Address Changes:

Please note that address changes after pickup are not supported. Kindly ensure the accuracy of your shipping address before finalizing your order.

Customs Duties and Taxes:

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or GST, which are determined by your local customs authority and are the customer’s responsibility.

Cancellation Policy

Standard Products (Excluding Made-to-Order Items)

You have the option to cancel your order for a full refund prior to shipment or within 12 hours (workday) of payment confirmation. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive notification containing the carrier name and tracking number. Made-to-Order Products

If changes to size, color, or material are required after the initial 12-hour window, a 25% fee based on the product price will apply. Once these made-to-order items have been shipped, cancellations are not permissible.

Ensure to review essential details such as Hanging Header Style, Measurement Finder, and Liner to guarantee a perfect fit for your custom-made drapes.
To ensure satisfaction with texture and color, we recommend ordering a sample booklet or swatches before purchasing customized drapes.
Please note that customized drapes, roman shades, and blinds are generally not eligible for returns.
