We want to ensure that you fully comprehend how we intend to utilize your User Content before granting EZcurtain permission to use it.

Your remarks, posts, photographs, videos, materials, and other user-generated content or data are collectively referred to as "User Content."

By responding to our request with the hashtag #EZcurtainhome, you are consenting to the following:

User Content

As the rightful owner of all content and information you post or share using EZcurtain brand websites (the “Site”) or @ezcurtain.com on Instagram, such as comments, photos, and videos (referred to as “User Content”), you grant EZcurtain permission to use your User Content as follows: you authorize EZcurtain and its affiliates, employees, and third-party services a license to reproduce, display, perform, distribute, create derivative works from, and otherwise utilize your User Content in connection with the Sites and for other EZcurtain marketing purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, featuring your User Content in EZcurtain catalogs, emails, and other customer communications, store materials, and other marketing initiatives.

Furthermore, by granting us permission to use your User Content, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old, and you release EZcurtain and its entities from any and all claims, actions, or proceedings, as well as from any damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees and expenses, relating to or arising from the use of your User Content as described.

We may display advertisements in connection with your User Content or on pages where your User Content is visible to you or others, and we may utilize your User Content for advertising and promoting EZcurtain or the Sites.

Our license to your User Content is non-exclusive, allowing you to use the User Content for your own purposes or permit others to use it for their purposes. Our license to your User Content is fully paid and royalty-free, signifying that we do not owe you any additional compensation for our use of your User Content.

We retain the right to continue using your User Content as outlined above even if you stop using the Site or interacting with EZcurtain.
