Cancellation Policy

Standard Products (Excluding Made-to-Order Items)

You have the option to cancel your order for a full refund prior to shipment or within 12 hours (workday) of payment confirmation. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive notification containing the carrier name and tracking number. Please note that cancellations cannot be accommodated once an order has been dispatched.

Made-to-Order Products

If changes to size, color, or material are required after the initial 12-hour window, a 25% fee based on the product price will apply. Once these made-to-order items have been shipped, cancellations are not permissible.
