Currently, our products are available online only. However, we are exploring options for physical stores in the future.

The price of drapes and shades depends on fabric, dimensions, and pleat style. Enter your details (fabric type, size, color, etc.), and the price will be calculated instantly.

If you placed an order while logged into your EZcurtain account, you can check its status online. If you cannot find it, contact us at support@EZcurtaincurtains.com.

Only one discount code can be applied per order. However, you can use a discount code along with a gift card.

We do not accept exchanges for custom products unless they are damaged or defective. If your item is damaged, email us within 3 days at support@EZcurtaincurtains.com with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange an exchange if the claim is verified.

Bamboo Shade Product Information

Dust regularly with a soft cloth or vacuum brush attachment. Avoid water to prevent damage.

Bamboo shades provide some light filtering or room darkening (with blackout lining), but they may not block light as effectively as blackout curtains.

Yes, no-drill mounting brackets are available for cordless bamboo shades between 18-50 inches in width. Watch the tutorial video for installation guidance.

Drapery Product Information

You can determine the number of pleats required for a specific width here.

For pinch pleat, tailor pleat, goblet pleat, pinch pleat with back tab, and inverted box pleat, the default fabric fullness is 2x to create pleats and folds. For pencil pleat, it’s 2.2x; for triple pleat and triple tailor pleat, it’s 2.3x. Panel width is measured from the left pleat to the right pleat, excluding the return.

It refers to the width of the panel when fully extended.

Double-width curtains are made by joining two fabric widths to cover larger windows. This creates a seam where the fabrics are spliced together. For pinch pleat, tailor pleat, inverted box pleat, and goblet pleat, if the curtain length exceeds 108 inches, the maximum width without a seam is 56 inches. For triple pleat and triple tailor pleat, the maximum width without a seam is 50 inches for lengths over 108 inches. Otherwise, a double-width seam is required.

Curtain stack width refers to the space the curtains occupy when fully drawn to one side. EZcurtain’s stack width varies by fabric and header, typically 20-30% of the ordered width.

EZcurtain’s default return size (side tuck size) is 2 inches.

EZcurtain offers two blackout options: 1) Custom curtains with a blackout liner, or 2) 100% blackout curtains made from specialized light-blocking fabric. Explore options here.

Pleated curtain orders include hooks: adjustable pin hooks for pinch pleat, tailor pleat, triple pleat, and triple tailor pleat; metal pin hooks for goblet pleat and inverted box pleat. Rods/rings must be purchased separately.

The recommended minimum width is 22 inches. Smaller widths may result in a less effective appearance.

A same-color liner uses the same fabric as the curtain for the back, ensuring the front and back match in color and material.

For ripple fold drapery, you can order a single panel (using double the fabric width) or a pair (dividing the total width into two panels, each using double its width). Both options use 200% fabric fullness.

Most curtains are sold per panel (quantity 1 = 1 panel). Some products, like trimmed curtains, are sold in pairs. Check the product page for details.

To lower the hook, pull it down. To raise it, pull the hook out and reinsert it at the desired height.

Insert flat hooks into the back of the curtain at even intervals, aligning them with the rings or track gliders. Adjust the hook depth for the desired height and hang.

Currently, EZcurtain does not accept customer-provided fabric for customization. We use only our verified materials to ensure quality.

Payment & Account

The customer is responsible for any applicable duties and VAT. These fees depend on the customs regulations of your country.

Orders for non-custom items can be canceled for a full refund before shipping. Orders canceled within 12 hours of payment confirmation are fully refundable. Once production begins, a 25% cancellation fee applies. Orders cannot be canceled after shipping. Made-to-order items cannot be canceled once shipped.

Ensure your billing details are correct and try again. If the issue persists, contact your bank or payment provider (e.g., PayPal, PingPong, Payoneer). Note: Each order can only be paid with one credit card. If you want to use multiple cards, place separate orders.

If you're having trouble registering, logging in, or verifying your account, try switching browsers or using a more stable internet connection.

Possible reasons: 1) Incorrect card details—verify your card number, expiration date, CVV, and billing address. 2) Card restrictions—some cards block online purchases; check with your bank. 3) Technical issues—try again later or use a different payment method.

Return & Refund

Fabric swatches and sample booklets cannot be returned. For additional details, please visit our Return & Refund Policy page.

Return requests will be accepted within 30 days of receiving the product. If the item is defective, please contact us within 7 days and provide photos of the issue along with the shipping label. We’ll assess and decide whether to repair, replace, or refund. Returned items must be unused, in new condition, and have original tags and packaging.

Once we receive returned items, we’ll inspect them to ensure they meet the return criteria: unused, in new condition, with tags and packaging. Based on our review, we may issue a full refund, provide repairs, or replace the product. Refunds typically take 3–10 days to process and will be sent to your original payment method. Please note: prior purchases, lost packages, or discount refunds are not eligible. Contact us for assistance if you have any concerns.

Refunds are credited back to your original payment method. It generally takes 3–7 business days for the amount to reflect on your account.

Roman shades vary by fabric materials (linen, cotton, patterned) and headrail/lift systems (wood headrail cordless, metal headrail cordless, metal headrail cord lift).

Cordless Roman shades (metal headrail): Width 22-63 inches, Length 20-70 inches. Cordless Roman shades (wood headrail): Width 18-70 inches, Length 22-83 inches. Cord lift Roman shades: Width 18-71 inches, Length 12-90 inches.

Flat fold Roman shades have concealed slats behind the fabric, while back slat Roman shades have slats sewn into the folds, creating a structured appearance.

The folded height of Roman shades ranges between 4-14 inches, depending on the length.

It is generally recommended to deduct 3/8 inch for inside mount Roman shades.

Roman shades can be mounted inside the window frame for a neat look or outside the frame for a more dramatic appearance.

Once your order is shipped or out for pickup, the shipping address cannot be changed. Please contact us immediately if you need to update it before shipment.

Yes, for packaging reasons, hardware and rods are shipped separately from drapery or shade orders.

No, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses. Please provide a physical street address for delivery.
