Production & Shipping Policy

Urgent Requirement:

The production & shipping time provided on our website serves as a general guideline and reflects the timeframe within which 97% of orders are typically processed. If you need your order by a specific date, please email online@ezcurtain.com before purchasing to confirm availability. Expedited production or shipping may incur additional fees.

Production/Preparation Time:

  • Fabric Swatches and Booklets: 1-2 working days Preparation Time. 

  • Customized Curtains/Draperies: 6-8 working days Production Time.

  • Blinds & Shades:

    • Bamboo Shade: 14-18 working days Production Time.
    • Roman Shade: 7-10 working days Production Time.
    • Other Blinds & Shades: 7-10 working days Production Time.

Shipping Method & Time:

  • Fabric Swatches and Booklets: 2-5 days via DHL eCommerce, USPS, or Aupost. 

  • Customized Curtains/Draperies:  5-7 working days via DHL Express, FedEx, or UPS to the United States; 5-6 working days via DHL Express, FedEx, or AusPost to Australia; 

  • Customized Blinds & Shades: 5-7 working days via DHL Express, FedEx, or UPS to the United States; 5-6 working days via DHL Express, FedEx, or AusPost to Australia; 

 

Miscellaneous:

  • Order Tracking: Once dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
  • Signature:
    For fabric swatches and booklets, mailbox delivery with no signature required. For all custom-made curtains or blinds, door-to-door service may require your signature for secure delivery.

  • Shipping Destinations:
    We ship United States and Australia to street addresses, including residential and commercial locations. We do not deliver to military addresses or PO boxes.

  • Carrier Selection:

We determine the carrier based on the destination country, package weight, and other relevant factors. We work with reputable carriers such as USPS, DHL eCommerce, FedEx, DHL Express, AusPost, and UPS to ensure smooth and reliable delivery. We offer direct door-to-door service for your convenience.

  • Shipping Origin:
    • Fabric swatches and booklets are shipped domestically.
    • Curtains, blinds, and shades orders are shipped directly from our overseas factory via UPS, DHL, or FedEx.
  • Address Changes:

Please note that address changes after pickup are not supported. Kindly ensure the accuracy of your shipping address before finalizing your order.

  • Customs Duties and Taxes:

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or GST, which are determined by your local customs authority and are the customer’s responsibility.
