The shipping time provided on our website serves as a general guideline and reflects the timeframe within which 96% of orders are typically processed. If you require drapes by a specific date, please contact us at support@ezcurtain.com to inquire about the timeframe. Additional fees may apply for expedited services.
Order Tracking:
Once your orders are dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the shipment progress with the carrier.
Shipping Methods and Lead Times:

Fabric Swatches and Booklets:
Shipped via Carrier DHL eCommerce or USPS with a lead time of 2-7 days. Mailbox delivery with no signature required. -
Ready-made and Customized Curtains/Draperies:
Shipped via carrier DHL Express, FedEx, or UPS with a lead time of 7-14 days. Door-to-door service that may require your signature for secure delivery. -
Blinds & Shades:
- Bamboo Shade: Lead time of 20-30 days.
- Roman Shade: Lead time of 12-18 days.
- Roller Shade, Zebra Shade, Cellular Shade, and Venetian Blinds: Lead time of 7-15 days.
Door-to-door service that may require your signature for secure delivery.
Shipping Destinations:
We ship worldwide to street addresses, including residential and commercial locations. We do not deliver to military addresses or PO Boxes.
Carrier Selection:
We determine the carrier based on the destination country, package weight, and other relevant factors. We work with reputable carriers such as USPS, DHL eCommerce, FedEx, DHL Express, and UPS to ensure smooth and reliable delivery. We offer direct door-to-door service for your convenience.
Shipping Origin:
- Fabric swatches and booklets are shipped domestically.
- Curtains, blinds, and shades orders are shipped directly from our overseas factory via UPS, DHL, or FedEx.
Order Tracking:
Once your order is picked up by the carrier, our system will automatically send you an email with carrier details and the tracking number. You can track your package on the carrier's official website and coordinate delivery arrangements if needed.
Address Changes:
Please note that address changes after pickup are not supported. Kindly ensure the accuracy of your shipping address before finalizing your order.
Customs Duties and Taxes:
You may be responsible for any applicable duties, VAT, or GST based on your country's customs regulations. Please contact your local delivery service if there are any issues with the delivery of your package.
